Shipping policy
Welcome to Comelstile
Comelstile ships worldwide, using DHL Worldwide and other express carriers selected for their reliability and security. We want receiving your order to be simple, punctual and in keeping with the quality of your shopping experience.
Italy: shipping is free for all orders. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days.
European Union:
- For orders over €400, standard shipping is free.
- For orders under €400, standard shipping costs €10.
- Express shipping costs €20.
United States:
- All orders shipped to the United States are subject to a €30 shipping fee.
United Kingdom:
- For shipments to the United Kingdom, duties and customs charges are included in the price. Delivery via DHL Express costs €37.
Rest of the World:
- For orders over €350, a shipping fee of €30 applies.
- For orders under €350, a shipping fee of €50 applies.
Our shipping service operates Monday to Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., on non-holiday business days. Orders are not prepared for shipment on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders received on public holidays or during the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
How to make your online experience easier and more satisfying:
- during checkout, make sure you have entered a correct shipping address, paying particular attention to the postal code. Once the order has been shipped, changing the destination may be complicated and may result in one or more days of delay compared with the originally scheduled delivery date;
- before your order can be shipped, it may be necessary to wait for confirmation from your credit card issuer. We will do our best to minimize any waiting time;
- we work continuously with our carriers to minimize possible delays. However, we cannot predict events such as strikes, adverse weather conditions or routing errors affecting international shipments. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we will carefully monitor your shipment until delivery is completed;
- before shipping, our opticians check the quality of every item and make sure it is free from defects. If you receive an item about which you have any concerns, please contact us immediately.
Customs duties: shipments to destinations within the European Union are not subject to import taxes. For shipments to the United Kingdom, duties and customs charges are included in the price. For destinations in North America and the Rest of the World, customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Any customs charges will be communicated by the carrier responsible for delivery and must be paid before delivery.
Where applicable, prices include VAT. For destinations subject to customs procedures, any import charges not included in the order price may be requested by the carrier before delivery.
Returns and Refunds Policy
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to return it. Contact us by phone or email to receive a pre-filled return label to use for the return.
